What is the refund policy for Next Level Volleyball programs?
Refund Policy: Next Level Volleyball Program:
At least 45 days prior to League Start Date: We will provide a full refund minus credit card transaction fees. It costs Next Level 5% to process a credit card and thus we will deduct 5% from the refunded registration fees. If your student-athlete has been placed on a roster and a customized uniform has been ordered/delivered or in the process of delivery, we will deduct an additional $50.00 from the registration and mail you the customized jersey.
45-30 days prior to League Start Date: We will refund 75% of your registration fees if we can find a replacement for your participant. If we can not, we will provide a 50% refund on your registration fees.
Within 30 days of League Start Date: We will refund 50% of your registration fee -no exceptions. After League Start Date no refunds will be provided after a participant has been placed on a roster, a jersey has been ordered and the season has begun.
After League Start Date: No refunds will be provided after a player has started the season with full uniform unless there is a documented injury or medical reason from your doctor
Medical and Injury Cancellations:
We extend a refund outside of the refund policy if parents provide medical documentation (This could be a doctor’s note or paperwork from your child’s recent doctor’s visit, as long as their name is included) and we deduct a 5% credit card processing fee, $50 uniform and pro-rate the remainder of the season.
