What is the refund policy for Next Level Basketball programs?

• At least 45 days prior to League Start Date: We will provide a full refund minus credit card transaction fees (5% credit card transaction fee). If your participant has been placed on a roster and your customized uniform has been ordered, is in process of delivery or has delivered - we will deduct an additional $50.00 from the registration fees per our refund policy. Due to the customization of the uniform, it will still be delivered and to be kept by the participant.

• 45-30 days prior to League Start Date: We will refund 75% of your registration fees where we can find a roster replacement for your participant. If we can not replace your participant immediately (due to waitlist or otherwise), we will provide a 50% refund on your registration fees.

• Within 30 days of League Start Date: We will refund 50% of your registration fee - no exceptions.

• After League Start Date: No refunds will be provided after a player has started the season with full uniform.

We extend a refund outside of the refund policy if parents provide medical documentation (This could be a doctor’s note or paperwork from your child’s recent doctor’s visit, as long as their name is included) and we deduct a 5% credit card processing fee, $50 uniform and pro-rate the remainder of the season.
