Log in to your nextlevelsports.com account and look under the Volunteer tab — your compliance status is visible there in real time.
Some checks take longer due to name matches, county processing times, or incomplete information. If the status of a background check is still listed as "pending", this will qualify as a submitted background check while Next Level awaits the final results.
If it’s been more than 7 days, contact us at safety@nextlevelsports.com and we’ll look for further updates.
