Can someone else contact Next Level about my child’s team placement?

For privacy and account security, questions or requests regarding a participant’s team placement should come directly from a parent or guardian associated with the participant’s registration.

If another family member, friend, coach, or parent contacts us regarding a child’s placement, we may provide general information about our rostering process, but we cannot discuss or make changes to an individual participant’s registration or team placement with them.
