Visit the Replacement Uniform Store and order a replacement uniform.
To ensure that we process the correct uniform, provide the following accurate information in the replacement order:
Your program's sport: Options are shown on the left.
Jersey Style: Choose the correct jersey style. Please keep in mind some sites have site specific jerseys.
Team assigned to your child: Select the correct team assigned
Jersey number assigned to your child: For example, if your child is assigned #5, then enter #5 in the "Player Jersey Number" field in your replacement order.
Last Name and Size: Please double check the size and spelling of the player's last name before checking out
