How are uniforms shipped?
Uniform shipping timelines depend on several factors, including how close it is to the season start date, your program location, and whether your grade division has enough players (viability).
Uniforms typically begin production and shipping about 2 months before the program start date, but in some cases, they may be produced and shipped as close as 2 weeks before the start date.
Production is organized by program location and grade division. Most divisions at a location enter production at the same time. However, if a specific grade division has low enrollment, it may be delayed. Once the division becomes viable, uniforms for that group will enter production.
Before your uniform goes into production, you will usually receive a Uniform Verification email. This email allows you to confirm or update your uniform size and shipping address.
You will have 48–72 hours to make changes after receiving this email. After that window:
Uniform sizes cannot be changed because they are sent to production
Address changes may still be possible if you contact support quickly, but this is not guaranteed
Before receiving the Uniform Verification email, you can update your size and shipping address at any time in your Sports Connect account under your player’s profile.
Once the uniform has been sent to production (after the verification window ends), it takes a minimum of 2 weeks to complete production.
After your uniform ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor delivery.
In some cases—especially when uniforms are being produced close to the season start date—you may not receive a verification email. This happens when uniforms need to move quickly into production to ensure they arrive before the season begins.
