What flag football equipment do I need to bring on game day?

Next Level provides athletes with a pair of shorts and a jersey. While providing leagues with flags, and balls. In theory, you do not need any more equipment. However, we highly recommend the following:
Non-metal cleats for safety reasons. Soccer cleats or football cleats work best.
Tennis shoes for sites where practices are not on the field.
Mouthguard is not mandatory but useful.
Under gear - long sleeves, tights, football gloves, and a beanie to keep the kids warm if they're playing in a winter-based league.
