What flag football equipment do I need to bring on game day?

Next Level provides athletes with a pair of shorts and a jersey.  While providing leagues with flags, and balls. In theory, you do not need any more equipment. However, we highly recommend the following:

• Non-metal cleats for safety reasons. Soccer cleats or football cleats work best.

  • Tennis shoes for sites where practices are not on the field.

  • Mouthguard is not mandatory but useful.

  • Under gear - long sleeves, tights, football gloves, and a beanie to keep the kids warm if they're playing in a winter-based league.
