What do I do if we have NOT received the uniform?

If you have not been assigned a team yet, please have your player wear comfortable athletic clothing and shoes. Once you have been notified of your team assignment, your uniform will enter production and be shipped to your shipping address as soon as possible.

If you have been assigned a team and have not received a uniform 11 days prior to your program's start date, please reach out to us immediately at support@nextlevelsports.com with "Uniform Issue" in the subject line. Please include the following information when reaching out:

• Participant’s Name (ex: Cole Smith)

• Participant's Location (ex: San Mateo)

• Participant’s Team (ex: Bears - 3rd Grade)

If you do not have a uniform prior to our opening weekend for any reason, please plan to arrive with a matching colored shirt (as best as possible) to your team:
