What is the refund policy for Next Level Summer Camp programs?

At least 8 days prior to Camp Start Date: We will provide a full refund minus credit card transactions fees. It costs Next Level 5% to process a credit card and thus we will deduct 5% from the refunded registration fees.

Within 7 days prior to Camp Start Date: We will refund 50% of your registration fee - no exceptions.

After Camp Start Date: No refunds will be given.

We extend a refund outside of the refund policy if parents provide medical documentation (This could be a doctor’s note or paperwork from your child’s recent doctor’s visit, as long as their name is included) and we deduct a 5% credit card processing fee, $30 for camp shirt and pro-rate the remainder of the camp.
