What is the timeframe for completing background checks?

All Parent Volunteer Coach (PVC) and Team Parent registrations will be reviewed 90 days prior to a program's start date. Volunteers will be allocated to a team and then Parent Volunteer Coaches will be prompted to complete the background check process.

Once initiated, PVCs will have seven days to complete their background check before the registration window closes. PVCs who do not complete their background check within this timeframe are subject to removal from the team as a PVC.

Please note: if a background check is submitted but the results are still in a "pending" status, this will qualify as a submitted background check, while Next Level awaits the results.
