How can I message my team on the app?
Next Level Sports App users can message their team from the website, iOS app, or Android app. To do so, follow the steps below:
From the Web
Please visit app.nextlevelsports.com. Make sure to sign in using the same email used when you registered your player(s) for our program through our website at nextlevelsports.com
On the home page, click on your player's name to view their team.
Click "Messages" to view your team's message center.
On the team message center, you can view existing messages and reply to them.
To create a new message, click the pencil icon in the top right corner.
Include a subject and craft your message.
Click on the paper airplane icon to send your message.
After sending your message, you can view it and any incoming replies.
From the iOS app or Android app
Sign in to the iOS app or Android app. Sign in using the same email when you registered your player(s) for our program through our website, nextlevelsports.com.
On the home page, click on your player's name to view their team.
Click "Messages" to view your team's message center.
On the team message center, you can view existing messages and reply to them.
To create a new message, click the pencil icon in the top right corner.
